What really sets me apart is that I Geo-Target and run ads on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM and by utilizing this marketing tool I get more attendance at my Open Houses, and I  sell your home faster and for more money.  I will also enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database, so other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. Staging Your Home

Getting your home ready to sell can be a lot of work. Let me help you. Before professional photos are taken of your home we will provide a walk through service from a Goergie® award-winning interior designer. You will be instructed on the steps to take to declutter your home and make it appealing to a vast array of buyers. This service would normally cost you hundreds of dollars but is FREE when I list your property.
