Being a new agent I have started working on my listing presentation package. This is what I will bring with me on my listing presentation and is intended to "WOW" potential clients. I have spent a lot of time researching competitors packages and evaluating their "Why me". What I found is that everyone is offering essentially the same service, but the differance is in the details.
